Serious hard core, old school mentality of lifting. I come up here to train with my coach for my upcoming physique show. You have all walks off life lifting here. If i loved closer this would be my gym.
Good, friendly patrons and staff. Good atmosphere. It has multiple variations of the same machine which gives you options. Much better than some chain gyms in the area.
Definitely a serious gym for those looking to get their gains on! However, their website is not updated, people working the front desk don't really know much about the goings on of the gym! I was a tad frustrated when I got to the gym to see the class I was in had already started! Best thing to happen was my one on one with Meggan! She rocked and redeemed my views! ��
Love that gym can't wait to come back and use the leg room. It was a great experience and so motivating to be in that environment.
