I saw Alvarez on October 3 with blood work and medical diagnosis showing I needed iron transfusion ASAP. I received insurance approval and I was told medication was ordered. I contacted her office and left several messages. Alvarez never responded. I contacted her office today and I was told by service that they could not get medication and I was to contact another clinic, which they had no idea who. I still never heard from Alvarez!!!!
