This dealership intentionally tried to make me blow my motor on my Nissan because I didn't want to trade it in. I went to get my oil changed multiple times as I should and I had noticed the last time I went to get my oil changed they never refilled my oil. I was driving my car on no oil which resulted in a buildup of sludge. I took my car in and expressed my concern because my engine started to sound like a diesel truck. Do not go to this dealer They ran my credit told me it looked good I had to leave to pick up my grandkids. I told them I could come back tomorrow Never heard back. Texted the salesman multiple times. Got an answer that they were so busy and would look into it with the finance manager. Never heard back So they ran my credit never gave me a yes or a no. This is no way to do business
Dont go to this dealership. They falsely advertise and inflate the price when you get there. If you read the reviews on here you will see a repeat of the same bad business tactics this company has. I will be reporting them to the *** and consumer affairs. I saw a vehicle advertised at one price and then when I get there they add so many fees and features to the vehicle that are not optional. If I could, I wouldn't even give this place 1 star. It would be 0/5 for sure!!!This place should be looked into for false advertisements! They list a car for $9,999. Taxes and fees should be anywhere from $300-$600. They put a piece of paper in front of me with an out the door price of over $13,799?!? I was under impression I bought a 2018 NISSIAN kicks. Had it for about 4 weeks.put about ***** miles on that car. They made me bring it back to sign papers again just to say actually they need to buy it back because I guess I was never fully approved for the car. Arlington Nissan posted online a 2013 ****** Tundra for $27,890. I did not negotiate the price since how the market is right now. I told them I want to purchase it. In order to hold the truck for me I had to post a security deposit which I did for $500 on 02/23. I am so disappointed with this dealer and with *****. My sister in law bought a camaro last week and he pulled a fast one on her. The camaro was listed for $12,500 and turned out to be $17,500. She asked and asked ***** and he never told her the actual price. She didn't find out until she got home and got a called from finance that she owes like $26,000.
