My 91-year-old aunt went into Arlington Nissan to get her tires filled and ended up leaving with a new car. She ended up with a base model car, that was too small for her, with some manual features that don't work for someone her age, and very dark tinted windows (not appropriate for an elderly driver who has difficulty with night driving). She was only given a test drive in the parking lot. Her deal was very, very bad: full sticker price, 9.99% interest for 6 years, a trade in value that was about a third of what it should ... read more

I went to by a used ***** CR-V and my experience with the sales Director ******** was bad. He was forcing me to get a loan on the car where I was about to buy in cash. I had used 2013 Nissan Rogue to trade and he offered me 500 as if that was a bicycle. He was talking rude. He should learn how to talk with customer. on there website there are different type of payments including cash. what's wrong with that. He was forcing me to buy add-ons, which I rejected. His assistant told me that Interest rate would be between 6 to 7 %... read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went to Arlington Nissan to check out a 2025 ******. After spending over 3 hours there, I decided not to move forward with the deal and that's when things got really bad. The sales manager, ****** ******, suddenly got aggressive. He ripped the paperwork out of my hands and, as I was walking out, he got in my face yelling, saying things like We didn't want to sell you a car anyway and This is my house. He was literally puffing his chest out, standing over me like he wanted to fight. I was t... read more

A Disappointing Experience Vehicle: 2023 Nissan Rogue | VIN: ***************** | Stock: AN2968B I scheduled a test drive at 6:30 PM and arrived on time, expecting a smooth experience. However, the agent I was supposed to meet, ******, was unavailable due to an emergency. Another agent, *********, assisted me, but I was told that the car I came for was being driven by the dealership manager and wouldn't be available until Wednesday two days later. This was frustrating for a few reasons:*The car is listed as Personal use on Ca... read more

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Arlington Nissan regarding the cancellation of my extended warranty. On May 30, 2024, I spoke with ****, the business manager, who assured me that my warranty was canceled. However, it turns out he never actually submitted the cancellation request. After waiting for months and not receiving my refund, I returned to the dealership on November 5, 2024, where I spoke with ********, who submitted the cancellation ********, as of December 28, 2024, I still have not receiv... read more

Called 3 hours in advance, set an appointment time. Car was not ready to see, took over 2 hours past the appointment to test drive it. Vehicle was advertised at $16,926, first round of paperwork came back at list price $17526 plus all their add ons added up to almost $24,500. Went back and forth third round of print out came to $19566 as the base price plus fees came out to over $21** ***** back and forth was told they took a bad deal on the purchase and needed to make up costs. It's not their customers problem that they mad... read more

The recent experience I had at Arlington Heights Nissan dealership was a disappointing portrayal of the brand's integrity. A situation similar to that described by another reviewer, ******* *. The advertised price for the vehicle was contingent upon financing at a high APR of 9.99%. When I expressed my intention to pay in cash, the price increased by $5,000 immediately. Notably, neither the dealership website nor listings on platforms like ******** specified that the listed price applied solely to financing customers. The de... read more

Stay away from this dealership. Total scam. Expect to pay $4,000 over and above the advertised price. Total waste of time and they couldn’t give a ****!!

Ok so initially I didn’t have a good experience and there was some misunderstanding and miscommunication. I will say that everything was taken care of and Mike was super amazing about the whole thing. Thank you for fixing this!!!
