Several coworkers and I ordered two arrangements for another coworker after her father passed away. We collectively spent over 300 dollars on two items. The day OF the funeral , the person who actually placed the order was called and told due to a ‘flower shortage ‘ what we ordered could not be fulfilled. Came into the shop to get a casket spray for my sister's funeral. The young lady took down my information and a description of what I was wanting, and said she would give the message to her boss when she came in. So...waited for a phone call...still waiting on that phone call. Maybe I wasn't called back because I didn't have the date at the time? Nevertheless, I find it very rude and I will not bother trying to purchase from this business again.
RecommendedI came home today to the most beautiful anniversary flowers from my husband. They are gorgeous and nearly an identical replica of my wedding bouquet. Missing only the peonies he requested that had to be substituted. Even without them, this is by far the most beautiful floral arrangement I have ever received. Would absolutely recommend this florist!
