Worst experience I have ever had at a dentist. DON’T GO! Story of what was needed for my daughter changed with every visit and so did the cost.
Was treated great. Had an issue with some tech there that made my stay longer than it should have been. Everybody was nice. Didn't get 5 stars because I really don't have anything to compare it to. Obviously going back. Still hate going to the dentist. Spent 2k to get the first toothache I've ever had in my life. (Just dental work that's healing. Feels a bit better now, a day later.)
Their staff are great but they seem to overbook their appointments. I've been a patient there for many years-almost 8 or more. Almost ever appointment I'm there a minimum of 2 hours.
Really sad...the doctors are great...administration not so much. Filed a complaint with the ABO, Delta & Smilecare. They owe me $350 which I was going to let go, they left a voicemail saying I owe $400, now it's turned into $1,000. Told me I needed services, specialist said I didn't & cease treatment...some how I'm being billed.
Absolutely wonderful Dental Practice! They gave me my ability to eat BACK! Excellent Doctors and Staff!
They are THE BEST! I had a broken tooth. The pain was ridiculous. They had so much patience with me. They made me laugh and took their time. My dentist even gave me his personal phone number incase i had additional concerns once i left! I Couldn't ask for better. Thanks guys.
Found them by accident searching for someone open Friday as my dad had a bad tooth. Not only were they friendly but they also have a team of specialists!! Very pleased my dad is in good hands :-)
