We love Arlington Dental Group and always have. Unfortunately this time we had a bad experience. When a child, or anyone, says they can’t breathe, the staff should listen and make adjustments. The neck collar for X-rays wasn’t too tight, but due to its size was pushing on the throat in ways that made it difficult to breathe. The hygienist told her she was fine and didn’t make any effort to correct what was happening. The hygienist made other unkind comments to her as well.
