Service is excellent! I completely disagree with reviews that have anything negative to say about the service. The staff is extremely friendly, very accommodating, and remember your name and who you are. The previous reviewer must have caught someone on a bad day.
d is me Our various pets have been patients of Dr. Springer for many years, and we were very happy with Arlington Animal. However, Dr. Springer has cut back on his hours and we have had bad experiences with the other vets in the office. The office has taken on a different tone. It is now more about the money and the convenience of the staff than about the animals entrusted to their care. I will not go there again.
Great Care I have been extremely pleased with this vet practice. For 12+ years I had gone to a vet that was bought up by a chain, that then tried to sell tests and procedures that were ridiculous and seemed to boost their bottom line. Our vet is Dr. Wolcott-Shickler and she is caring, professional and a good vet. When I had to put one of my cats to sleep she was so empathetic (actually had tears too) and told me to leave, they'd send a bill. I haven't had bad experiences with the office staff.
great vets Arlington Animal Clinic is the place to go for quality care. I have both cats and dogs and I can't say enough about the staff. The vets are caring and very knowledgable, as well as their assistants. Recently, I had to euthanize my pet and their concern for my pet and I, was superb. If you are looking for fancy digs, this is not the place for you. For great vets, this is the right choice.
Great First Visit! Just brought my cat in for a first visit. I was very impressed with how they dealt with my cat--she was a hissing, spitting, scratching dervish as soon as we took her out of the pet taxi and her claws are VERY SHARP. They treated her with care and had good advice...and never once did I feel like they were trying to up sell me, which was definitely a feeling I got from different vets in the past. Great Vets- prices are OK too... I have been bringing my cat to Arlington Animal Clinic for over 7 years now and have always been happy with their vets. I usually end up bouncing from one to another, depending on who is free when I schedule my appointment and I have never had an issue with any of the doctors or nurses. I can understand why someone would have issues with their front desk help. I myself never have thankfully, but I have been witness... Best Care Ever I love the Arlington Animal Clinic. Everyone has been extremely nice & helpful. Dr. Springer saved my cat's life. She was on death's door & had been to 3 previous vets who could not help her. He took the time & effort to figure out what was wrong with her & successfully treated her. He is a genius & very compassionate about serious illness - he is also great with the healthy animals & is caring for my dog & other cat as well. The cat who almost died is perfectly healthy today thanks to Dr. Springer.
Great Vets 20 years ago went to Arlington Animal Clinic with my dog and have now returned with my new dog. Dr. Springer is wonderful as well as the other vets and technicians. I do have to agree with other reviewers that the front desk staff is not so great. They are not very friendly and can be curt. It is too bad that they are he ones making first impressions with people but the vets are great and make it a good clinic.
Vets are great I agree that the service from all vets & vet assistants is great! The receptionists can be a bit short & sometimes nasty, I have noticed. It seems like they (one in particular) get overwhelmed easily & take it out on whoever happens to be standing there!!
