You can rely on them Dr. Springer has cared for all three of my dogs in succession. He is totally knowledgeable and caring. He used to raise goldens himself so he is a devoted animal lover, and very patient with their owners. The front desk is a busy place and they won't coddle you but you do get respect and fair treatment. I have never had a bad experience here and I have been using their services for 14 years. The tech assistants are upbeat and superfriendly, and P.S.-- the docs ALWAYS call you back and are generous with t... read more

Fantastic Vets I was new to this area, with three cats I love, and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Arlington Animal Clinic. Two of my cats are pretty good patients, one of them is older and very cranky, and they were fantastic with her. I have seen other vets in other towns who were unable to work with her, wouldn't take the time to do so. All three of my animals have their little histories, and the cranky one I found in a dumpster in a trash bag after she had been abused by some monster of a person, which i... read more

Yes, you can love your veterinarian I've been taking my dogs and cats to Dr. Springer for almost 20 years. He saw me through my first dog's death with incredible grace and kindness. Now he cares for my two dogs and cat with compassion-- and also with incredible expertise. No one could believe how tiny the incision was when I had my spaniel spayed -- but Dr. Springer uses the latest techniques and best methods. I should add that I'm a nervous wreck over any procedures my dogs need to have, and Dr. Springer always takes the ti... read more

Good Vets I agree that receptionists can be very nasty. I told the receptionist I didn't want the receipt for my bill. It is a full page piece of paper and I was juggling two kids under three. She rolled her eyes, got very short, and told me she would not keep it. She also refused to let me use her garbage can so I could throw it out. It was unbelievable. The vets have always been very nice and professional. My cat has had two major procedures there and the vets were outstanding.

Recommend I have been using Arlington Animal Clinic for almost 18 years for my 2 cats. Dr. Cole has been very sensitive and supportive in diagnosing my elderly cats ilnesses and even left surgery when it was time to euthanize one of my cats. She is very reqachable and returns calls. I am a receptionist and agree that the front dest staff can appear curt but are so busy that they can't always spend the extra time patients sometimes want. I highly recommend them.

Vets are great I agree that the service from all vets & vet assistants is great! The receptionists can be a bit short & sometimes nasty, I have noticed. It seems like they (one in particular) get overwhelmed easily & take it out on whoever happens to be standing there!!

AH-MAZING the Arlington animal clinic is awesome. I was freaking out because my dog had a something gross growing near his mouth and he had bumps on his stomach. The doctor told me not to worry (you could most def tell i was freaking out) and he only had spring allergies. They even clipped out some knots I tried and didn't succeed to brush out. And they since my hands were full they gave me a bag to put all my stuff in so I could also carry my dog. =)

Vet The service here is mixed. I gave it a very good rating for the vets. They are extremely knowledgeable and very good with animals. The schedule is always accomodating and they have late hours. Whenever I have called during non business hours the doctors always responded quickly. The reception staff could be a tad nicer for my liking. I find they are a bit curt and rude. BUT you have to look beyond that to the excellent team of vets they have working there. I was sad to leave this vet due to moving 1 hour travel time away... read more
