Everyone at UCI Tustin is wonderful. The facilities are sparkling clean, and the staff is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, & professional.
The receptionist who checked me in was rude and unwelcoming and she voiced her annoyance regarding my same day appointment. I was being seen for a frightening visible lump in my neck, so your exceptional call center representative made my same day appointment possible. The medical office receptionist found this highly disturbing. She didn't welcome me at all, but blurted out, "Didn't they tell you you have to arrive 20 minutes early for your appointment?!"
