Hi, the nurse was and always is not very polite, not very warm and not very helpful. She is not the best nurse I've ever seen. And I wish that someone else was taking care of me, but the doctor was great. Thanks.
I have been pleased with my treatment with Dr. Ing from my very first visit. She is caring and knowledgeable and really shows compassion for my health issues. She answers my chart text messages in a very timely manner plus her nurse Valerie is very friendly and professional. I feel very fortunate to have been referred to Dr. Ing for my Primary Care Physician.
