I decided to have cataract/glaucoma surgery while at this recent appointment. I have more questions about how my AMBD will affect my cataract surgery. Your Drs. are all great but UCI does not give them enough time to spend with the patient to thoroughly go over the pros and cons of my surgery. I am going to seek an outside opinion where I can get more of a Drs. time to answer my questions.

Dr. Chan is the best I've ever had
It's alway great to see Dr. Chan, he is without a doubt the best doctor I have encountered in my {PHI removed} year lifetime.
The front desk , the older lady a bit rude. "You're late. Your check in was at 10:20am. I did call you yesterday to remind you. Why were you late?" I was in surprise the time of voice she was expressing herself. Usually she's a kind person. I did mentioned that my appointment was at 10:40am and is about 10:30am. I was early but it seems to make her upset that I wasn't there by 10:20am.
Had to go for a second opinion and was given prescription that treated my symptom

UCI needs their primary/specialists should be able to call in "as needed" preventative RX's for women for bladder or yeast infections that women get occasionally instead of forcing them to make an appt with an urgent care when this type of episode occurs. FYI there is no way on Gods green earth that any woman with the symptoms of a UTI can even move, drive, work, walk or focus when this comes on. St. Jude is allowed to do it for their patients.
