This was not the best surgery experience I was part of. My husband had surgery on his left shoulder . They called me when they started surgery and I went to the front desk told them I was going to get me something to eat..I gave them my cell phone number so they could call me . I was only gone maybe 10 minutes. When I got back to the hospital the person at the front desk said they call up to the desk to let me know the dr. Wanted to talk to me. It was my first time at arkansas surgical hospital. Everyone was just amazing. I will never forget my pre-op nurse Rebecca. They did everything possible to keep me comfortable prior to my surgery even to the my family that was there with me. Anesthesia doctor was so sweet and wonderful. Anyway I can't say enough as to just how amazing this place was!!!!

The staff is always friendly, there's only been a few times we had to wait due to the Dr being in surgery, but I didn't mind, as if it were me in surgery I wouldn't want him to rush. I feel I have one of the best surgeons in the state of Arkansas, Dr. James Adametz, I would recommend him to anyone, he has performed surgeries on my ulnar nerve, neck and back, and all have been successful. My daughter had surgery there and we had a positive experience. The facility was very nice & clean, staff was pleasant and accommodating.
