Four months of repeated calls to get a procedure ( I never had ) taken off my bill. On Sept. 7th, I rec'd a VM stating that yes due to whatever reason, the charge had been removed from my account. I called today ready to pay my bill and inquire as to why I never rec'd a statement for Sept. I was told it had been sent to collection. So sad, that after my first class treatment with the medical staff on three procedures I have to deal with incompetence in their billing dept! This is the hospital we used when I had my knee replacement by Dr. Jason Stewart I highly recommend him and the hospital we received excellent health care and the staff has been exceptional caring for us both and asking if there anything we need and follow up thru the evening has been just exceptional, thank you Dr Stewart and team for all you do
