I started seeing the women's center here and I regret it. the doctor and nurse practitioner is great, but the billing office here is an absolute nightmare. I have literally received 9 separate bills for 1 single visit because they apparently can't figure out how to bill for all services rendered in one go. Im a freaking nurse and am fully aware of itemized billing works, but even I can't make heads or tails if what they are charging is appropriate or not because it's so broken up. when I complained to the billing office the ... read more

scrape this place off the map I've lost way to many family members here because of this first aid station to another place and way before covid please if you care for your family dont take them here unless your ready to bury them staff infection a pastry dish of infection .
AMMC ER is the worst er around. Went in with my husband who just had a seizure and they let him sit in a wheelchair without even checking him. Needless to say we walked out and had to drive another 15 min to Jonesboro to NEA. Not happy at all. They need to be shut down.
Poor staff except for Lisa Jones in Er; Kept my spouse overnight for chest pain but didn’t get a cat scan. Went to a APRN because Drs there like Hallack don’t know anything. They discharged me with a blood clot in my lung! Won’t ever go back!
this is by far the worst hospital in the state of Arkansas they can't even take care of a 54 year old woman that was in a automobile accident I wouldn't even recommend this hospital to any one they are worse than NEA Baptist and St. Bernard's
The nurses in the labor and delivery ward are a nightmare! Zero bedside manner or compassion. I came in for my induction with a migraine that I hadn't been able to get rid of for over 24 hours. I was basically begging for some type of pain relief and they only offered Tylenol. that was just the start of a downward spiral. What should have been a relaxed, joyous occasion was completely uncomfortable and isolating due to their behavior. the woman's clinic left me outside for an hour and a half waiting for an ultrasound because I was having increased pain due to my endometriosis diagnosis. I soon found out they forgot I was outside and had no idea why I was there when I questioned the wait. I had to ask for a doctor's not for leaving work and they gave me a doctor's note with the wrong name on it. they offered no apology, the doctor did not come out to see me or to let me know when I could come back or what my pain levels were after waiting and having to dri... read more
