I ordered my new son's birth certificate April 28th and have yet to receive it. I can't get anyone on the phone to find out what the hold up is. Every time I call it just rings. Worst ever!
I ordered a birth certificate 43 days ago and each time i call to follow up I'm told that the information was entered in VitalCheck but not their system. Each time they check tbe system, they tell me that i selected UPS 2 day air and that it would go out that day. Why is this so difficult? Help me understand why i paid for expedited services and it was for nothing.

I sent my birth certificate order thru mail. They cashed my check and it went thru bank in June 8. Been calling ever since abs still have not gotten husbands birth certificate. He needs it to get his cdl driver liscense!!!
Worst ever I ordered my birth certificate on. Jan 29 so I could get my passport for a cruise in May called numerous times saying that it was in printing and should go out the end of the week. That was in April and still had not recieved it. Three weeks before the cruise I had to drive from Oklahoma to Arkansas to get it. Took me 5 minutes and a 10 hour drive there and back. Sent off for a birth certificate on the 13th of February. Here it is, almost the end of March. I'm suppose to go back to work mid April but can't because I can't get a passport without that birth certificate. Thanks for fucking me out of 2,000 dollars. Can't pay my bills or rent because ADH wants to slack ass. As long as you guys are getting paid, who cares right? 17-21 business days.... what a joke.
They took $$ not clearly explaing why! The lady behind the window was veey rude & wasn't trying to hear anything from the customer. I know busn. have rules, but in some cases rules can be broken. If we-couldve went somewhere else, we would've... BAD EXPERIENCE!!�

Other than the usual being packed, I was in and out in less than 30 mins. Wish I had gotten the lady's name that was hustlin, but I didn't. Sorry....but pretty good experience
