Been trying to get a copy of septic tank rules for,even parks for 3 weeks from John daughtery. Seems to be a lot of trouble to mail something from his office.
I ordered a birth certificate from here well over a month ago. I was told it would be delivered 3-7 business days. I have a job opportunity, and can't work until I Have a current ID. You are hindering that opportunity for me. This is absurd and ridiculous! I don't think "backlog" has anything to do with it, when it was this way in 2011 for me too! Took three months to get to me. Why can't you guys do your job right?!
every time i go in for my birth control, all i want to do is get in and get out. i get asked when was my last period. they say the government has to know. no they dont, and i also get asked if i am sexual active, which i aint. they say the government has to know. no they don't. its away for them to keep track if you are, and when u will start your period. all i want is to go in and get my birth control, which i use for one reason only. they think just cause your on it, that your having sex
It has been 10 weeks since they received my application and I have heard nothing. The only person I have talked to gave me a "direct" line but no one answers. He said if they don't answer, I can't do anything about that. He would not take my information. Very rude. They deposited my check but have given me no information.

Not organized; super slow!!!! Need to revamp the whole system and have more than one person calling out numbers. The person that calls out the number looks at the application then sends you to pay then you have to go and wait for your paperwork to be printed. Need to have computers where you can put information in and the people in the back can access your information and call you up receive your money and then you get your documents!
In and out in 15 minutes. I saw all the bad reviews online but the people there are SUPER NICE and SUPER FRIENDLY. Got people in and out in timely manner. Needed a new birth certificate for a passport and had ZERO troubles. Thanks for your service Vital Records.
This place it to congested people bumping into each other, people standing right up on you because it's so packed, then the information we went for was just copied on to more paper then the info not correct, and not to mention you have to pay more money to get correct and the correction is a simple line drawn through what's wrong and correction typed to the side, it just doesn't look authenticate al. Thank God Texarkana Texas do better. I'm glad I live in Texas.
I've order my birth certificate but according to the email I've received it will be 4 to 6 weeks before it's processed. I just want to know if I can drive to Little Rock to pick it up??? Every single phone number I call or email address I get is always a dead end. Not one person has actually wanted to help me at all, I keep getting pushed off to the next person who doesn't want to do their job. This is so frustrating and not professional at all.
