I am not sure why local health departments are allowed to waste our time in waiting rooms. I just spent 2 hours waiting in the Sebastian County (Fort Smith) health unit. I finally gave up. My time is worth something and public places such as this should realize that. My appointment was at 12:20 but I was not checked in until 12:45 and at 2 I still was not called back. How about you make my appointment for a time that you can actual see me! Complete waste of time. I am thankful I have other options because I will never never ... read more
