Sometimes walking into a male driven business as a female can be intimidating but I have always had the best experience with Arkansas Customs. The staff is extremely professional, friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond. They even hooked me up and threw in a free bed spray which looks like perfection! I highly recommend them!!

Took my truck in last week at 8am to get some leveling struts, tires mounted/balanced, alignment, and eyebrow tint. Arrived to pick truck up at 3:30 and discovered wrong springs were used on front struts and eyebrow tint was not done. Was given an appt for a week later to fix the issues. Dropped the truck off at 8am this morning and was told 2-3 hours for completion. Called at 11am and was told "he just pulled your truck in to work on it". For one, you won't get 97% glare reduction out of any automobile window film, ceramic or not, their prices are away high for the quality of work performed, I use ceramics strictly, no dyed films whatsoever, I have a lifetime warranty as long as you only vehicle, and on installation, and my prices are less expensive than anybody around, " most everyone is puttind dyed film on at a ceramic price"...since my years here in Eureka tinting, people now now me well and would rather come to me than anywhere else, because of quality, ... read more
I would give a .5 star if it would allow. Their word means nothing and don't take accountability for their mistakes or workmanship or warranty. Don't use them! Spend your money elsewhere. Spent over $4000 and they wrecked my truck, slow getting it repaired, sold me tires with a warranty and after paying full price for new tire, 8 weeks later told I would get full refund. I got a check finally for $100 less than promised.
Awesome customer service and excellent to deal with on anything aftermarket automotive!!!!
