I can’t say enough about Brian and Arkansas customs. Ordered a set of wheels with them only to find out we couldn’t get them to fit under the truck. They ordered a new set the same day, had them there 3 days later, installed and ready to go. I later realized I left something at the shop and Brian’s crew took the time out of their weekend to run up to the shop to grab it. Customer service at its finest. Holiday bonus well deserved if I was your boss. They will always get my business and all my recommendations.

Had my leveling kit and bull bar done here no issues and always ask for ryan he is best .
A few months back I went to multiple places around NWA. Arkansas Customs treated me better than anywhere else. I went to order rims and tires and found out the specific ones I wanted were no longer offered. They worked with me to get another set of rims I liked but they told me they were not available till late October. I told them to call me when they came available. Sometimes walking into a male driven business as a female can be intimidating but I have always had the best experience with Arkansas Customs. The staff is extremely professional, friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond. They even hooked me up and threw in a free bed spray which looks like perfection! I highly recommend them!!

Took my truck in last week at 8am to get some leveling struts, tires mounted/balanced, alignment, and eyebrow tint. Arrived to pick truck up at 3:30 and discovered wrong springs were used on front struts and eyebrow tint was not done. Was given an appt for a week later to fix the issues. Dropped the truck off at 8am this morning and was told 2-3 hours for completion. Called at 11am and was told "he just pulled your truck in to work on it".
