Well after all these negative reviews I’m seeing I understand why. Twice I’ve made appointments only to go back to my truck untouched. I dropped it off when they opened and went to pick up at 3:30 since they said come back at 3:00. I received no contact at all from them until I showed up. The job is half a day to install. When I got there at 3:30 they said “We were about to pull it in and get to it.” They close at 5!!! I left and there was no follow up or anything on a special order I made. I have called on multiple occasions asking for quotes, this last time I called and they said let us check but we can definitely beat Starwood’s price. It has been 4 days and no return call so I have ordered wheels from discount. I am done calling Arkansas Customes they are poorly managed. Go to Starwood or somewhere else you will definitely notice a difference. Arkansas Customes does not want your business.
Still waiting on that call back about installing a lift on my Xterra (it's been about two months).
