I've been back to Arkansas Customs 2X in the past 4 months. NO problems whatsoever. They installed Katskin Leather for me and the install is perfect. Huge upgrade over OEM. They also did my leveling kit and 4 Bilstein Shocks, Another BIG plus. Besides obvious improvement to my ride, the finished product looks great, and the alignment was perfect! Well after all these negative reviews I’m seeing I understand why. Twice I’ve made appointments only to go back to my truck untouched. I dropped it off when they opened and went to pick up at 3:30 since they said come back at 3:00. I received no contact at all from them until I showed up. The job is half a day to install. When I got there at 3:30 they said “We were about to pull it in and get to it.” They close at 5!!! I left and there was no follow up or anything on a special order I made. I have called on multiple occasions asking for quotes, this last time I called and they said let us check but we can definitely beat Starwood’s price. It has been 4 days and no return call so I have ordered wheels from discount. I am done calling Arkansas Customes they are poorly managed. Go to Starwood or somewhere else you will definitely notice a difference. Arkansas Customes does not want your business.

they put a 3.5 rough country lift on my 2013 chevy sliverado truck an the A arm rubbed my tires an then I was lied to by the counter boy race said my old A arms where rubbing I have them an no rub what so ever I will send anyone picks of them my old A arms then I told race I wanted to talk to his owner an nothing happen they have zero customer service ! they also where to put new struts on the front ths 1st go around an didn't they got them on the 2nd but didnt care about my tires rubbed I have the pick an receipt for the jo... read more
