Had an 8:30 appointment. Was told it would take 3 hours to install a turn over gooseneck ball. It took 8.5 hours. Customer service is disappointing to say the least. Order your parts and install them yourself and save yourself time and frustration.
I cannot recommend Arkansas Customs enough. On multiple occasions they have provided me great service, fair prices, honesty, and on top of all that some good conversation while I waited. I started by having them swap some tires onto wheels that I brought into them. After that I had them install a wheel and tire package on my Ram along with a Bilstein leveling kit. They told me exactly what to expect, very honest and straightforward. I respect that. They know what they are doing and they will continue to get my business.
Terrible install practices. Terrible customer service. Oh wait lack of customer service never got any. Over charged for tinting. Part they installed does not work properly. Truck came back in rough shape. Stay away.
Paid $350 for a 2.5” leveling kit for my 2018 Silverado. They put a 2.25” kit on it (which is not what I asked for) and it’s still not level. I was told “that’s the best they can do” or I could pay another $700 for a full lift kit. Shop installer is rude and not helpful. No real solutions offered to make things right, only “it’s your call”. I’d steer clear of this place if I were you.
Took my 2018 Silverado in for a 2.5” leveling kit. They installed a 2.25” kit that left a rake in the truck and that’s what I didn’t want to begin with. Took it back up there and was told that’s the best they can do and if I wanted I could spend another $700 on a 3.5” lift kit. Shop installer is rude and not helpful. So they screwed me out of $350 and I never got what I wanted. Pretty much told me it wasn’t his problem. What a joke. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Go elsewhere.
Absolutely horrible shop. Took my truck there to get $1200 worth of parts/service done and they ended up putting the wrong parts in the truck which ended up me having to completely take my front differential out to rebuild due to there mistake. Cost $2000 to repair and redo everything they did. They charged me for parts that they did not even end up replacing. Very very poor mechanics. They absolutely have no idea what they are doing. DO NOT GO HERE!
