Biggest joke of a company ever. I’d give zero stars if possible. Basically a slum lord company with nice houses. They don’t return calls or emails. They are no help with anything when you need it. Communication is non existent from them. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reputable company to rent from.
This company is a joke they expect you to maintenance the home at your cost and there are so many extra fees added you never know what your going to pay like pest control they charge every month and offer a quarterly service but has to be requested which we found out a year later ..

No help at all. Discriminated against me because I am partiality handicap. Refused to reply back to any of my emails.
