I tried to get some answers about a cracked muffler I have on one of their exhaust systems and the ARK rep I was chatting with when silent after I sent him the pictures of the faulty weld. It’s Been 14 days and havent heard anything.I am not impressed with the customer support and won’t be buying this product again
