Over medicate animals and their service is horrible. Beware bad business.
Waited 3 hours just for a one minute shot the whole time there I wasn't even greeted. Really unorganized . Finally got up because I was the last one there and all they said was sorry. Really unstasified all staff was just complaining about was going home and chatting to their coworkers instead of staying busy. Don't recommend unless your willing to wait 4-6 hours for them to just even greet you. Third time this happened to me after my shot pack is over I won't be coming back.
My dog had a growth on her stomach that ripped open yesterday and was bleeding. I called her regular vet and they were closed. I drive by Ark almost every day so I decided to call them. They said I could bring her right over. The staff and Vet were great. My dog ended up staying the night there and having surgery to remove the growth today. They called me after the surgery to inform me every thing went well. I picked her up along with instructions and medication. I do like this hospital a lot.. but it is pretty unorganized.... they need to get all their patients into the computer... not on hard files ... as they have a hard time finding certain files. The wait can be long... but I will still wait because I like the dr's and the techs and the office manager and the assistants. They treat my dog with such care.
