RecommendedDr. Paul is the best vet ever he is so very helpful . I hear him explaining to others . He has a gift . He has a kind heart . The staff was under staffed yet they ran the place . The best they could with all the emergencies. They all love animals that’s for sure . They had many outside all masks and distancing too . Thanks for the great visit . Taking care my fur baby .

Nope never again will I take an animal here. never in my life of owning animal did I pay over $200 to have SMALL dog of 32lbs spayed. they are price gougers. First and last time I go here.
the extreme knowledge of animal health and treatments always found a solution for any of my animals problems, the phone may not make contacts with the hospital easy, but I have always found the workers to be courteous and professional. I'm sure if any employee was reported to having been rude or offensive they would have been dismissed, .
Would never and I mean NEVER return to Ark Animal Hospital. I've never observed so many unkind, rude, unorganized and money-hungry staff (yes, including the vet). I felt as though my baby was nothing but another ticket, another dollar bill coming and going from the facility. It is sad to see the lack of empathy, professionalism and urgency to serve the patients that walk in through their door.
