We made an appointment and every time we showed up they asked us to return. On the 3rd visit we were asked again to come back in 15 minutes when we came back still were told they were to busy to be seen. The front desk said they were doing there best. If that's the case I would hate to see them at their worst. It's a joke they need to be properly trained in professionalism and proper scheduling. My cat didn’t make it and yet they charged me for a IV that he didn’t even use. After I was told my total would be $142 for cremation and to put him to rest. Then I go in to settle up my bill and they charged me almost $100 more. They need to stick with what they tell a customer and not change once there. I won’t be going back there again.

They are the best ... I love that they worry with you ... they were worried with us from start to finish ... and a simple phone call checking up on our poor baby made us feel like they all cared so much. We want to thank them so much for all they do... till the end 😔 RIP peanut ... we love you

I wouldn't go anywhere else. The main vet is such a great man. He genuinely care for the pets not the money.
