Will never go there again. I took my 2 female puppies for surgery to be spayed and it was horrible. Office staff was late, unorganized and with attitude. My dogs came out with horrific looking stitches. Was told that one of dogs were in heat but she had gone through her heat process 1 month before. So I was charged $25 extra! When I was questioning the doctors and the 1 secretary about why I was being charged extra, there was no organization at all. They ook this vet takes so long to check out...wait 2 and half hours to check
I wanted to give a huge thank you to the owner of ark animal hospital today i ran out of gas and him and one of his customers helped so i wasn't stranded with my children... There are still good people in the world... He helped me even though i had no animals in his care. Thank you so much ...may God bless you.
I've got a lot of cats, they got hit with a respiratory infection and 5 got sick. Antibiotics have 4 up and running but one just won't eat or drink. I've been giving her Pedialyte and baby food with a syringe and shes had two doses of subcutaneous fluids but she's extremely dehydrated. Shes at this location getting IV fluids now. I don't know if she's going to pull through but Ark staff are doing all they can and will be bringing my other pets here in the future
Wonderful staff and the vets are very kind. We have not been disappointed with our dogs and guinea pigs care from here.
Paul Ark went all out to care for our Miracle, a Persian feline who had unbelievable injuries from a bout from being in the engine compartment of a vehicle. Broken tail, separated hip and multiple lacerations. I felt she was too injured to live, but he and his team patched her up wholeheartedly believing she would pull through. After multiple visits and care at Ark Animal Hospital our little Miracle is recovering. Thank you for all you're patience and care for our cat. My family appreciates all you're efforts!
