Terrible customer service and it's been over 2 years and the service is still not complete. We purchased our HVAC through Home Depot two years ago and had contracted with Delta to get the work done. However, it's been an on going mess and going through 4 or more failure inspections...It still have not yet pass today. It's hard to get a hold of someone from Delta and no one seem to have answer on in term of what the next step is to get thing fixed/pass inspection. Worst customer service ever! They take your money and they stop answering you. Also, it is impossible to get the line on the phone. stay away from that company!
Great Service! They Installed some new pluming fixtures in my recent home remodel. I will call them again if I need anything installed. Thinking about a new AC unit soon!
FALSE Advertising and ZERO customer service! They claim they will match a competitors quote + 10% with a written estimate. I received a written quote for $250 less from Lowes for comparable hot water tank size, install and permit fees. I emailed this to them repeatedly and called for 21 days with no response. I only received a response when I called Home Depot corporate. When they FINALLY called back they said the written quote wasn't good enough.
