Have better communication skills with its customers. They set up an appointment to come out and install a garbage disposal. No show, no call. Not a good way to run a business. I cancelled my appointment with Delta and would not recommend them for anything. I will let Home Depot know the same.
Worse experience I have ever had with a customer service representative. If you ever call and receive Brighten just know it will not be a good experience at all. I asked for the manager several times and was told each time he is busy. Her tone of voice and comments were so unprofessional. Bought a toilet at home depot and del. And set up for today.... a NO SHOW!!!!! NO CALL!!!!!! NO EXCUSE!!!!!!!
So annoyed right now! Our water heater bursted Friday morning. We went to #HomeDepot, and was referred to #DeltaMechanical. Installation was scheduled for next day, which we thought was awesome. However, no one showed up. No phone call, no message, nothing. This is poor customer service. Had we known they were not coming, we could've called elsewhere. Ridiculous!!!
RecommendedI purchased water heater from Home Depot in Coram, LI. Delta installed it at my place in West Palm Beach. They were a little late but did a great job, no mess cleaned up after themselves. The installer was a nice guy.
Friday night and no hot water... Saw that Home Depot had same day installation for a new hot water heater, and ta-da! Delta Mechanical arrives to first to confirm that what I ordered would fit, then returned to do an amazing job; knowledgeable, fast install, efficient & determined to make sure the job was done right, such a breath of fresh air in customer service, thanks Ivan & Delta Mechanical
UNRELIABLE, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Plumber never showed up, no phone call as to why.
