I'm not surprised that residents are dissatisfied with the staff. Im so glad that my daughter moved from this place. My daughter moved out in July 2016 and is still waiting for her deposit.........Its almost impossible to get the manager on the phone. I know, I tried multiple times and left multiple messages, still no return call. if you're thinking about living in this place, think again!!!!
I am a homeowner right behind arium apts. raw sewage is leaking in my back yard for the 3rd time.
We are FINALLY coming up on the end of our one year lease (THANKFULLY!) and I couldn't be more excited to get the heck outta here. From moving IN day, things have been crap. I don't doubt any of these other low rated reviews because they're spot on! The staff in the leasing office are probably some of the rudest people I've ever encountered. I have to give one star because I am not allowed to give anything less. I'm so thankful to be moving out of this dump. If people read the other comments about the Maintence of this place and the staff then there will be no need in voicing my opinion about how unkept and how horrible this place is ran and looked after. I've been here for a month. Nice and quiet . Close to everything I need . In district for white station school system . I have no complaints .
I have been here for 7 months. In these 7 months, the air has gone out TWICE...both times taking DAYS to fix it! Also, the washer has leaked repeatedly. The dryer has broken 3 different times. It took maintenance over A WEEK to replace the dryer! They brought us a new used dryer that stopped working within the first week. The cabinets are falling off. Maintenance "repairs" them by putting them back into the hole they fell out of! The wood from the steps and the "patio" are popping up everywhere and nobody has came to nail it... read more
Management team is BEYOND incompetent and unprofessional.
Entire staff are very incompetent. Very money hungry! Period!!!
