I used to live in these apartments years ago and this was the best place to live now i wish I could move, the staff is rube. I have called maintenance 3 times and left messages about my sink and no one has called me back. I think it's time for me to find a house because this apartment stuff is getting old. They need new management and everyone in that office needs to be fired.
Staff is very rude and unprofessional. I got hung up on twice by Anita because I was complaining about my air that has been out for 3 days now and I have a baby. She told me she wasn’t gonna do this with me and she wasn’t gone argue with me and disconnected twice. I was only trying to discuss the missed commitment THEY made on coming to fix my air. I hate it at this point and my lease is about to be up I can’t even get compensation for having to pay for a hotel.
Staff is rude ! Can’t get in touch with manager. They lied and but a eviction on me and my roommates credit report when it was only suppose to be a small collection fee for the carpet
I just had the best Maintanance service. Yes we do have quite a few things break here and there but what do you expect it is an old apartment complex. Every time I have put in a work order for Maintanance they have come the same day or day after no matter the request. But we had our toilet seat break, three lights go out and a leaking sink and a very polite man named Ben from Maintanance came and fixed all three in 20 minutes and did a great job! Thanks so much!
These apartments are nice and big! I especially love the HUGE living room on one particular floor plan. All apartments should have spacious, huge floor plans like these! These are perfect!
My ceiling was damaged from upstairs neighbor,Maurice Mosby came and repaired it and painted it as well. Kudos!!!
The property is beautiful and I initially fell in love with is when they were Green brook. I am not sure if it lack of training or just a lack of knowledge of business etiquette. When people's money is involved and just having them as a resident you should follow up on any and all communication concerning their issues. I have been in the office and seen the phone ring while "personal" conversations continue. I work during the time they are working, so when I call I like for someone to call me back with resolutions.
