Do not move here!!!! Since the weather has gotten warmer, I'll find wasps crawling near my window sill or fireplace when I get home from work. I emailed management and maintenance, told them I was allergic, and asked them to find the source. They sent maintenance over that day, and the maintenance guy left about ten minutes later, said he couldnt find the source, and left me with two cans of wasp spray. I must say since the first time I moved in its been HELL. The issue I am emailing you about is the RENT PROCESS! Why is it if I pay my rent on the 2/23/2019 my rent isn't getting processed until the 2/26/2019? Why is it I get a confirmation stating that the rent is paid but you don't pull the money until Days later. Then when the money isn't in there I get charged with a late fee? It is not fair for me to have only one option to pay my rent and get held accountable when the rent is taken out late. For example if I pay my ren... read more
I usually don’t write reviews for anything but I am making an exception in this case. I moved in mid December 2018 and it’s Feb 2019 and I am leaving this place. I moved in into an apartment that needs a lot of repairs. My dryer and washer are broken. When it rains my carpet gets soaked. I put my requests online and in person and nothing seems to be done about it. I was promised a $300 referral and I never received that. The staff is not helpful at all. Don’t move in here. Trust the reviews.
RecommendedI’ve been living here for almost two years and it’s not because it’s the cheapest place around. I live here because I like the apartments a lot. Everyone is always pleasant. If I ever have a problem Mrs Wendy (leasing) or Mrs Vanessa (maintenance) make it their priority. The maintenance men are friendly and trustworthy. I would suggest these apartments to anyone.
Family treated rudely when rent checks were stolen due to scam. Threatened with late fees and legal penalties by office staff even after proof rent was paid by money order in the drop box. She never disclosed the news story of a lady taking checks and cashing them. Laughed and spoke sarcastically as if being lied to. Knowing all along people were victims expecting them to pay rent again. Luckily a different staff member disclosed the information and assisted. I've been here over 1 year and I still love everything about this place.
cause they slum lord's. they don't care about the residents and it's an unsafe environment. maintenance is HORRIBLE AND ERICA IN MANAGEMENT AND VANESSA ARE MORE WORSE THAN ANY PERSON I'VE COME IN CONTACT WITH. and getting corporate number out of the question. supposedly no one have corporate information. before you stay there, go stay in north or south memphis, they'll be better.
So I decided to give this apartment a chance after reading the reviews. Well, the reviews are correct. I went into the leasing office to talk about the possible of moving into this apartment complex. Well, after a few minutes of being ignored by the lady in her office she rudely asked "what do I want?"
