Dr. Arinella was great! His billing office staff is not. I have been trying to get a bill paid since February and I called them and Fallon several times. They sent my 18 year old son to collections instead of doing what they were supposed to do. Fallon called them and they said they "destroyed" all the evidence that they sent the claim in several times so they have no proof. Makes no sense. So I am giving them 1 star all around so people if they have any billing issues his office will not help.
Very thorough, gentle and a great sense of humor! He is extremely knowledgable in his field.
Best Eye Dr ever! Takes alot of time with you, answers all your questions, and is very thorough. I wouldn't go to anyone else. When my mom was alive she wouldn't go anywhere else either.
