Dr. Arienne is the best! She helped me greatly during and after pregnancy.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Arienne for help with diastasis recti, and I can’t say enough good things about her. She is extremely knowledgeable and has taught me so much in a short amount of time. Thanks to her guidance, I’ve become much more mindful about how I move, how to properly engage my core, and the difference between what I should and shouldn’t be feeling during certain exercises.
