Great doctor, but unfortunately very poor staff experience. The office has serious time-management issues—the staff is slow and chaotic, especially Erica. Patient privacy is not well respected; phone calls are put on speaker, and staff members answer calls while attending to patients in person. Do not expect follow-up calls regarding lab results. Overall, the lack of professionalism makes it difficult to recommend this office. I would suggest coming here only if you have no other options.

This office worker is so bed. I took appointment after when I go for see the doctor they said I don’t have any appointment. And I called back and telephone ringing from them office but they said they don’t know who it was taking my appointment.

I feel incredibly fortunate to have found Dr. Nassim as my primary and sports medicine doctor in New York. From the moment I met him, I knew I was in excellent hands. His caring nature, thorough approach, and extensive knowledge truly set him apart.
