I recently hired Ariana to sell my home in Fort Washington, MD. The entire length of time from signing the listing agreement to settlement was two months. It is important to note, however, I had a tenant living in the home during this time. Both the tenant and I agreed that the move out date could be as late as the end of June, or about 75 days from signing the listing agreement.
