A total disappointment. It's truly a mess. From 6am till the evening, construction trucks coming in and out. Construction Dust all over the place since the north tower is still in construction and will be for the next year or so. In our south tower, subcontractors and also the builder's personal is using our elevators and It has become a nightmare to go up or down after 7am, at times the wait time can be 10 minutes. Tengan mucho cuidado con comprar aca, en preconstruccion nos vendieron un apto con un parqueo y un valet el dia del cierre , cuando estábamos firmando llamamos al realtor porque solo aparecia un solo parqueo , el llamo a andres villalobos es un representante de ventas del proyecto y dijo que no habia problema que era un parqueo y un valet finalmente todo era falso cerramos y nos engañaron es solo un parqueo y los terminados de lujos lo estamos buscando pero bueno ya compramos, no pasen por esta amarga experiencia

Very inconsiderate developers. They only use 24th for their massive trucks. It can take 15 min to get in or out of my building. My car and apartment are constantly filled with concrete dust, which has made our pool completely unusable for over a year. They start drilling at 7 am and I’ve had more power, water and internet issues since this construction started.
