Do not bother asking for things to be fixed. There is an employee in the office who takes it upon herself to delete maintenance requests. This apt of which I reside has allot of repairs needed as it was neglected and abused with the last tenant and not prepared properly prior to a new tenant (me). Some have been taken care of since I've moved in, but for the price of these apts, one would think these needs would be easily knocked out one by one, taking little of their time.
