As any parent knows having a sick child can be difficult. I took my daughter in yesterday for a sick visit and as always Joaquin and the entire staff were great! Today she stopped eating due to increased throat pain so I called the answering service with my concern and Joaquin called back within 10 minutes. Thank you for always taking great care of my child. Dr. Argenal and everyone we have seen is just as amazing. Thank you all!!!! Looking forward to the Shary location �
Have been with Dr. Argenal since our first daughter was born in 2012. Came on with Dr. Wells due to personal relationship with her for over 20 years. Unfortunately, she left but we stayed on with Dr. Argenal! We have seen his practice and clinic grow and are always impressed by the care that both Doctors, Dora, and Joaquin have provided. Recommendation: if your child becomes suddenly ill, call ahead there's always a chance of an appointment spot opened and it definitely shortens your wait time! �����
First time here since McAllen pediatrics closed after Dr Mcdonald retired his associate Dr Ronstenberg is now working here. The staff is super friendly and you won't spend hours at the Dr. Got there late around 8:30 and was out in an hour.

Argenal Pediatrics is the best of the best! We found Dr Argenal back in 2010 bc we weren't satisfied with the care of previous pediatrician. We've never looked back! My boys have been cared for and treated amazing by Dr Argenal and staff. Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful from the wonderful PAs, Kristy and Joaquin, to the nurses and even the lovely ladies at the front desk. Esta es la ultima vez, siempre consideraba regresar pero el trato de las secretarias de enfrente es pésimo y en especial del joven que trabaja dando citas me atendió de muy mala gana. No es la primera vez que me tratan mal, y aparte nunca te atiende el Doctor siempre son los asistentes. La espera siempre es de min una hr para que te atiendan.
