Great pediatrician for my grandsons.
Their billing practices are unethical. When you go in for a well visit, they will double dip and also charge you for a sick visit without your knowledge or consent. When I questioned this they told me if the well visit turns into a discussion about something else, they can change the billing to sick. The problem is when I went in from my child's well visit, no other problems were discussed but they tacked on a sick visit without my knowledge and are demanding I pay a copay for a visit I wasn't even aware I was part of.
You make a wellness appointment a year or 6 months ahead and you get here on time but the doctor won’t see you until more than an hour later. Ridiculous wait times.
