RecommendedI just signed my lease for another year at Arena Place Apartments a few months ago. I'm sure I will sign another one next year because I love living here so much. I've lived at Plaza Towers, Union Square and Boardwalk Condos and Arena Place is by far my favorite. All of the staff members are so sweet ands friendly. Wonderful tour experience!! Shelby was awesome and answered all my questions. The location of these apartments are great, close to the highway and downtown!
Venue Tower has been an awesome place to live! It keeps getting better every week with new additions since it just opened up a few months ago. Shelby and the team did such a great job keeping us updated on our unit and made the move from Chicago so much easier. Any time we have a maintenance issue they are to our place within a few hours! Would definitely recommend checking out Venue Tower if you are looking for apartments in the downtown GR area!
I've lived at arena place for a couple months now and am extremely impressed with everything I've seen! I looked at a lot of potential apartments downtown and none of the places I looked at really compared when it comes to quality of the units, location and amenities provided. I was also very impressed with the staff at arena place. Awesome, Very Beautiful Building. The Amenities are also very convenient...Trash shoot on every floor, Laundry in Apartment. Parking Garage and security is top notch. Cameras EVERYWHERE, Special key for elevator and Apartment! Wish I could afford to live here!!
Arena Place Apartments is 100% the best place I have ever lived! Hands down the most luxurious apartments in downtown Grand Rapids. Arena Place has every possible luxury and amenity, and the staff are extremely attentive and friendly. No detail was/is too small. Jarred, Ashley, Melissa, and Erika are the best and make living here a joy everyday!
