RecommendedMy boyfriend and I just moved in about 4 months ago and LOVE it! Everyone is so friendly and our apartment is in great shape. We wanted to have that sense of “living in the city” without the craziness and this apartment has it all. We are walking distance to everything but it’s not too loud like the average city apartments. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a city apartment!!

My partner and I moved in 2 months ago. It's a wonderful building. Clean and quiet. Emily and the rest of the staff worked hard for us to achieve downtown Living. We relocated from Florida and lots if things can happen and did. The staff was patient, kind and all smiles when we finally arrived. Respectful and kind people in the building. Highly recommend!!!! Arena place is a wonderful place to live. There are so many nice people and the facilities are always spotless. It is the best location in Grand Rapids as you can walk to everything you need. Absolutely love it here.
Best place to live downtown period! Ater, Emily, and Cassady are simply awesome 😊 You will not find a better place to be! The closeness to all that's downtown just cannot be beat!
I have to say first, ABSOLUTELY adore Disha....so from FRIENDLY staff to FANTASTIC location, Arena Place was not a hard choice for us. We chose Arena Place after having a very negative experience somewhere else. When calling to schedule a tour, Disha who works in the office, was amazing! She answered all our questions and was immediately able to get us in that day for a tour. Although pricing at Arena Place can be a little pricey compared to other living options, you cannot beat the staff, the location, the awesome events, and the beautiful living room and bedroom views from your windows!
