Since they lied with their response I’ll update to 1 star because I made it aware I was in pain from each horrific pull and poke. And there was no consultation when I got there. She just directed me to the bed not even an introduction. And my experience was definitely not calm. Like I’ve mentioned before - why would I go back to experience that pain. I rather pay and have a better experience elsewhere and that’s what I did! Thank you and good luck. I’m only leaving this review to save someone else from this horrid experience... read more
