My husband and I purchased a home recently that needs some attention. We needed new carpet and a friend gave us a good recommendation for Area Floors. We loved the selection but we needed help in narrowing down choices. Kelsey Marsh was very helpful in doing that for us. He took time with us, we didn't feel rushed and we finally came to a decision. Loved the Tigard Showroom – We bought granite tiles for our new outside BBQ kitchen from Andrea and Michele at Area floors. Both are very professional and brought out some great points in helping us decide what colors we should use. Can't thank them enough for all their help - we have a beautiful granite counter that we will enjoy for years to come. Besides the customer service the showroom was nice, clean and open. You cant go wrong here! – If you need carpet, this is the place to go. All the brands at excellent prices. As a contractor I shop all the floor covering stores in Portland Metro and always end up here. Experienced Staff with proffesional service, especially Kelsey at the Westside store.

Exceptional Customer Service – Throughout the past few years the customer service at Area Floors has made buying tile and wood flooring a breeze! I know I will be well taken care of and so will any of my clients. Area Floors has always been very prompt in assisting me with any questions or requests. Working with Andrea has been exceptionally wonderful!! I will continue to shop there for years to come.

Reviews For Area Floos – Love Love Love my tile and carpet........ As a consumer I shoped several different tile and carpet shops. I ended up back at Area Floors the product and price were the best in town. I especialty liked working with Andrea Nygen-Schieman she helped me by sugguesting style and explaining the differents in the brands-normal wear. Tile-Andrea helped with suggesting a rock bottom that went with the tile I put on the interior of my shower walls and a color of tile for the counter top.
