The absolute worst company ever!! My co-worker saw this place and referred it to me - to my bad luck I wish she didn't. We purchased over $10k worth of carpet for our brand new home and not only did half of it arrive damaged but the owner, Brandy, would not even take our calls to help us fix the problem. We had to hire an attorney unfortunately. We read other reviews and this place is run by trashy, unwelcoming people who want to take your money and run. Stear clear at ALL COSTS!!!
Great People – All the people at Area Floors are great to deal with. I have sent freinds in th the Tigard store and they loved the experience.

Marmoleum and Tile – I've just completed my bathroom remodel and it all came together with great customer service from Kelsey Marsh at Area Floors. I got different tile colors and styles from various companies at better prices than quoted elsewhere. Kelsey even found my choice color of Marmoleum flooring which was virtually unavailable in the U.S.! They even shipped more than what I ordered and paid for. Such a great store to work with! – Everyone was so helpful and friendly. We found exactly what we need and more! Andrea was so helpful to us and really helped put our ideas to work.
Very helpful, great customer service – I decided to get a new water efficient toilet and realized since it couldnt be matched it would entail a new sink and tub. This grew to countertop and flooring and tiles around tub, etc. Fortunately, my son, Gary Burgess of Hard Hat Repair and Remodel was called to assist in the remodel.
