The folks at Arco are knowledge and always super helpful. As a climbing arborist and local tree service owner I count on Arco to keep my saws in top condition, from parts and repairs to advising me on the best new equipment - Tony and the staff help make outdoor work a breeze.
Very disappointed in the service my father received from Arco. He took in his rider, with only 180 hours of use, after they had it for over 4 weeks, he was told it wasn't worth repairing. When he went to pick it up it was not returned in satisfactory condition, parts were in a bag and he had to ask for a replacement key as they lost his. Very interested in selling him a new mower though. I think ignorant people run business
Dropped my push mower off on a Friday last year for a Spring tune up, they said they were running up to a week out. No problem. I got a call 4 hours later telling me it was ready for me to pick up. Now that was fast! I love that they are locally owned. Very friendly, fast, and priced right! This was my first experience with Arco.
