Poor customer service. Miscommunication. Poor rental procedures. A representative called me hours after I had returned a piece of rental equipment claiming damage, even though when I had dropped it off, there was nothing of concern noted by the person to whom I returned the equipment. Arco serviced my power washer and they did a great job! They diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem right away. They winterized my power washer and when I took it out to use this year it started up with no issues. I will continue to use them to service all of my lawn equipment.
