My mowers deck adjustment lever broke. Took my mower in .. was told two weeks and had to leave a $60 deposit. Two weeks later .. had to call then had to go in because they refused to talk to me on the phone .. was told my mowers engine was 'unfixable'. I said I didn't ask you to fix the engine I just needed a deck adjustment lever. They said you'll have to sign a waiver for us to fix it. I asked for my $60 deposit back. No. That's what is costs to tell me they won't fix my mower.
The lot repaired my lawn mower ahead of schedule.
Customer service that feels like you’re talking to a friend. They go above and beyond to design a project, provide multiple options when they can to give options on price. The lawn service has an attention to detail I’ve never seen before and they always go the extra mile to keep my yard looking beautiful. Cannot recommend them enough!!!
I ordered a tool kit online. After about 4 days, no update or tracking information was provided. I called and was sent to voicemail. Long story short, I had to hound them twice a day to get any sort of update on my order and got the same "we will have to give you a call back on this" (never got a call back, I always had to initiate communication) and then a week later, they updated me that they did not have stock and could not fulfill my order. Payed 11k fir a mower and when I wne to pick it up they hit me up for $1.85 bcz they told me the wrong amount to write the check for .... then I go to see mower Caster tires looked flat but service said they were OK went home and checked 0 air in all 4 tires yes 0 I checked with 3 different gage... what a way to start off with a new customer .. low or in this case 0 air in this type of machine can be fatal on the wrong hill side..... they must be putting gold in the motor oil as they said a oil change cost $165 that's outrag... read more
