2 stars because they DID technically fix my mower but the “customer service” and communication was non-existent. Arco is the closest Toro warranty provider to me and that’s why I used them. Next time I’ll go to another dealer. Through the entire process, the only “update” I received from ARCO while my mower was in for warranty work was a single text msg at the very end, telling me the service was complete. I had to constantly call them, looking for updates. Usually I would have to call a few times in a row to get someone but... read more
Worst experience ever. Took two weeks to get my mower repaired (one week longer than stated and I had to call to find out when it would be done) and was not fixed. Definitely do not recommend and will never go back. Shame because not many service centers left and now there is one less. Left a detailed review right after work was done (about a month ago) and never heard back.
I had a small problem with piece of equipment that was purchase at Arco last year. It took a few operating hour to show up It was a manufacturer defect. The store manager Kathy, made sure everything was handled properly. Customer service, after the purchase is what sets a good dealership apart from the big box stores.
I’ve had a Lawn Care company for nearly 30 years and I’m still dealing with Arco. They are professional and willing to help. Always good doing business with them.
Purchased online and was fast and easy to pick up! Great place. (Bought a trimmer)
