My son had a follow up appointment scheduled after his eye surgery. About a week and a half before the appointment he lost his medicaid, so I called the office to reschedule his appointment for the following month as he would have his insurance back then. When I called to reschedule and explained that the reason for rescheduling was he didn't have insurance. They messed up my prescription in my right eye and wouldn't fix it even after they were told about their mess up. I was told I would have to take another day off work to bring them both my original pair of glasses and the ones they wrote the wrong script for. Do Not go here!!!
