Spent $440 on custom orthotics. Went in and picked them up, all good. Was charged $25 for the assistant to put them into my shoes. What? Whatever. When I tried to pay, their website doesn’t even have the option. I have to mail in a check or go in person.
I had no problem with Doctor Chul Kim he was very nice and explained everything to me during the visit but the office staff was terrible and they were so unprofessional they initial incident I had with them was that tried to overcharge me on my copayment and when I had called my insurance to sort it out the staff didn't want to speak with them at all, then later when we came back for a different appointment they tried overcharging us for the previous visit as the referral hadn't gone through yet but again we called our insur... read more
I’ve never broken a bone before. I had gone to urgent care because my foot was too swollen for sneakers and I couldn’t move some of my toes. They said the X-ray was normal. So for the last month I was dojng physical therapy for soft tissue damage. I came to Archstone for a 2nd opinion from a podiatrist. They were able to get me in the next day. Horrible service from Dr BLOCH when we went last year. He said my husband could never run again. He literally spent two minutes with us. Didn’t even look at x-rays. Just felt the foot. Well ha ha. My husband is now qualified for Boston in his age group and will be running next year! Gees Dr. B, with all your education and alleged training do a better job!!!
